Prepare for video consultation
Step 1 - Ensure Technical Set Up is complete
Please set up your chosen device as per the above specification prior to your video consultation appointment. If there is a technical issue this may impact on our ability to provide your video consultation. Old Machar Medical Practice is not able to offer technical support for your computer settings or set-up.
Step 2 - Test your setup
We would suggest checking all of the above technical requirements are met BEFORE your allocated appointment time - ideally when your appointment is made, and then on the morning of the appointment. Please click on the link above and choose “Test Call” to ensure all is working as it should.
The “Test Call” runs you through the same checks as a real video call without connecting you to anyone.
Step 3 - Your video consultation
Approximately 10 minutes prior to your allocated consultation time please click the link above and follow the instructions on screen.
NOTE: this service only works with GOOGLE CHROME or with the APPLE SAFARI installed on your device
